Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection Punches Us With A Trilogy Attacks

Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection — Mortal Kombat Trilogy

Mortal Kombat Trilogy will now be part of the upcoming Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection after a solid EVO 2025 announcement

The kombat legacy kontinues out there with another package for Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection getting announced and placed right into the roster of games this bundle will all have. Announced during EVO 2025, Digital Eclipse let it loose that a long-time fan favorite trilogy will be in the mix of this big bundle when it hits the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, and PC out there. The Mortal Kombat Trilogy is now in the mix and bringing with it all of the fun and aggression that it did before. Only, this time, we will have the chance to fight it all out with our friend in Vietnam instead of at home on our couches. What a world we are living in here.

While this might not sound like anything major of Mortal Kombat in general, it is worth noting that this version of MK3 brings so much more to the fight than most will know. It has been a few decades, so that is understandable. Even if this was the version of the IP that first brought us all the Brutalities that feel like staples in the games now, it added in an Aggressor Bar that could change the way a fight is played out. As well as mixing in all of the MK1 and MK2 content fully into the Mortal Kombat 3 landscape. All of this feels like one of the perfect finishing moves to drop in here for the collection of titles we are going to have, and there are still a few more on the block to get bashed into our faces. If you are taking some of the subtle hints the following video has at any kind of face value.

Where do you stand on Mortal Kombat Trilogy getting added into this bundle? Will it outshine the fact that we already have the rest of the titles in the list? Will any of the core mechanics get pulled into the other games that did not have them before? What other titles in the IP line will we see added in as we get closer to the final launch of all of this? Fight it all out in the comments, but only with construction discussion. We are all fans of the IP here, and are curious to see if Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection will offer up something for all levels of players out there. So, make sure you keep your eyes in your head, and watch out for all of our other updates as the development of this one carries on into the future.
