An official Injustice 2 gameplay trailer for Cheetah has been released and now we can see just how she will play in Injustice 2 if we learn well
We’ve seen Cheetah a few times before for Injustice 2 already, but now we get to see her in full action and not some of the slower gameplay used to show off her moves and specials as we’ve seen. Those videos and streams from NetherRealm Studios, while informative, can be a little on the slower side for characters like Cheetah how look to be very fast-paced when all is said and done. At least that would be my take away here from the new Injustice 2 trailer that we have just below. Cheetah does look like a pretty agile character even though she is described as having more command grabs than anything in the other breakdown videos I’ve seen.
Have a look at her in action for Injustice 2 now.
Injustice 2 — Introducing Cheetah!
Cheetah
When archaeologist Barbara Ann Minerva betrayed Wonder Woman to claim the powers of a god, she was unaware that she would be cursed to live a life transformed as the Cheetah. She now uses her primal powers to take revenge against Wonder Woman, drawing her out of hiding in hopes of bringing about her doom.
Thankfully, this is not the new character look we have for this week for Injustice 2. There is already a new character slated to be revealed on the 23rd here and then another thirteen more based on the character roster on the game’s website. I’m not sure if that counts in the other variant character skins that we already know about like Power Girl or not, but it does look like we have a lot more to go before the May 16th release date for Injustice 2. I’m still holding out for a few of my favorites to show up and hopefully get voiced by the appropriate people. Constantine, I’m looking at you…
How do you feel about Cheetah in Injustice 2 now that you’ve seen her in the motion of how she should be? Do you see more of the command grabs here or was it more the chaos that a feline character should be bringing to the match? What characters are you still hoping for to come into the mix in both DLC and core roster? Let us know and then discuss it all down in the comments. For more on Injustice 2 be sure to stay right here as we’ll keep it all flowing out to you just as soon as NetherRealm Studios gives it to us.
