The Doctor Is In To Care For Us All In The Mix Of Directive 8020

Directive 8020 — Meet The Crew: Samantha Cooper

The next member of the crew is here for Directive 8020 and this time it is the doctor of the ship who will keep us alive in Directive 8020

Here we go with more of the crew on display for Directive 8020, and this time we are getting the ship’s doctor in the mix. Every good ship needs to have one of those, and Supermassive Games is making sure that this title leans into that trope when it comes to the Sci-Fi horror. That might also mean that this could be the character that we can lose right from the start of Directive 8020 to make sure it is easier for each of the next members to die too. We will not know for sure until October 2nd when the game hits the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, but for now, we can have a look at Dr. Cooper and the role that will be played.

There is not too much to go on for Dr. Samantha Cooper in this little video for Directive 8020, sadly. One of the shortest to date, hence why we think the good doctor might be the first to go in the game. However, Dr. Cooper is both a traditional medic and a battlefield medic on the ship, so there is a good chance we can be wrong about all of this. It is just easy to see a choice we will need to make in Directive 8020 that will place lives in a balance, and Dr. Cooper is going to have to make a choice. A hard choice, and it will most likely lead to someone’s death in the game. Have a look at what little else we have for the doctor and get ready for the next few months to tease us all a bit further.

Directive 8020 — Meet The Crew: Samantha Cooper

“That’s why I’m here. To care for them.”

Dr. Samantha Cooper brings a rare combination of medical expertise and battlefield resilience to the Cassiopeia. A seasoned medic and a survivor, she is unwavering in her mission to protect life.

No matter the cost.

Do you agree that the doctor could be the first to go in Directive 8020 or will they be the surprise hero of it all and truly keep the crew alive? How do you think the battlefield side of things will play into the game, or is that just to show that Dr. Cooper can handle pretty much anything? What do you think is going on with all of the characters’ eyes in these videos, and is it more than just “smart tech” they are using in the future? Rush on down to the comment section to discuss all of that and everything else we have to share for the game. There is more of the crew to come for Directive 8020, and we will cover it all here. Please keep on checking in for all of that and much, much more.
