A new stealth-tactics title, Prohibeast, has been revealed to us with Prohibeast giving a solid twist on a dark era in history
Those looking to get a different slice of prohibition-era fun, then you might want to take a look at the recently revealed Prohibeast. A new title on the way to the PC from SUPER AC that will not only be giving us a slice of that, but in a way that many might not specifically expect. That being the fact that we are getting a stealth-tactics title where we will be playing anthropomorphic versions of historical characters and others made just for Prohibeast. Yeah, it is a weird bit to think about, but with an upcoming festival out there, we have a look at just how that is going to flow out there. Flow out there like the alcohol that is being smuggled around the world instead.
In Prohibeast, we are going to be heading to the 1930s version of Chicago and interacting with characters like Al Capone with our own character Eliot Ness. Well, Eliot and a team of different Untouchables who are dead set on starting up their own racket and running the others out of town. That is where the gameplay from Prohibeast will kick in, as we try to infiltrate the various locations pushing illegal meats instead of booze. I am sure that you can figure out what this kind of meat is… Due to that, we are going to have to put all of our characters’ skills to use to get in and not be gunned down in the process. It is still in an early stage of things from the looks of it, so, take that is as you gear up to see how the gameplay loop will function. It is still impressive, but there is still work being done out there.
Prohibeast — Reveal
SUPER AC is proud to announce the release of the official trailer for Prohibeast, its upcoming real-time stealth-tactics game, in celebration of its official selection for the GMIF2025 festival, taking place from May 15 to 18.
Set in the anthropomorphic world of Prohibeast, players are transported to 1930s Chicago, a city riddled with corruption and illegal meat trafficking following a nationwide consumption ban. Players step into the shoes of Eliot Ness and his team of Untouchables, determined to dismantle Al Capone’s criminal empire by operating from the shadows.
