The next expedition log for The Alters is out there and it shows us how our Alters will need to perfect time management

We have waited a good bit of time and here The Alters are back to help us understand all of the time management that we should have had before and during the game. Well, more like 11 Bit Studios offering up another look at the game and the various systems we will need to perfect in the game. This one being more about how our Alters will engage in story missions and other missions to keep the base functional and the whole crew happy and healthy. Especially since it does sound like we are only going to have so much time to do it all. Not just in the gameplay timer but also with how the world of the game is going to limit us all just a little more.

As it all looks, our Alters not only have to race against the rising sun clock, but also against a clock against heading out of the base to gather resources and the like. The world seems to be irradiated and other elements will be hammering down upon the crew, so they will have to plan the outings perfectly. Unless you are looking to sacrifice one of the various Jans for some reason. But, it is going to be another core loop in the gameplay for The Alters as we will only have so much time for each of the missions as well as to get off the planet. Would that be a ticking clock inside of a ticking clock kind of trope then? Feels like it to me and feels like it might be a little too much for some gamers to be able to get onboard with. I guess we will just have to wait and see. Unless you want to have a slight teaser of all of this just a bit further below.

Is this going to be something too limiting for The Alters or will it be balanced perfectly so there is no issue with time for many players? Will we have the option to leave a Jan behind or will that just cause many more issues on the ship if we do? How many missions are going to cut it close to build tension in general or will that always be on how well we perform the game actions?
