The final chapter of Amanda The Adventurer is on the way to us all with the recent announcement we have for Amanda The Adventurer 3
Just when you thought we all might be done with the adventure, we have the announcement for Amanda The Adventurer 3. Although, this one sounds like it will be the final chapter for the story that MANGLEDmaw Games is building for us based around a fictional TV show. The Amanda The Adventurer titles have been a bit of a cult hit with indie horror fans out there, and now we are going to see how things are going to wrap up. At least, sometime in 2025 when the game lands on the PC out there, and then presumably on the consoles a little bit further down the line. All of the other titles have done that, so it would be weird if they left all of the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S players hanging on the final chapter of the game.
As one would assume, Amanda The Adventurer 3 picks up right where the last game left off with Riley wandering about the public library. Well, at least from the start as it seems that we have more clues that will take Riley to the abandoned Hameln facility, where it looks like the show was made. That is the assumption of it all as we see we will be wandering about some offices and other dark locations while solving the various Escape Room puzzles that Amanda The Adventurer has been known for over the past two years. Sadly, there is not much more to go on for the game beyond all of that and what little we have to see in the announcement video. We just know the basics, the game is coming in 2025, and all of the frights will be hitting some kind of head by the end of the whole adventure. To celebrate the two-year anniversary of the original Amanda The Adventurer launch on Steam, indie developer MANGLEDmaw Games and horror publisher DreadXP are thrilled to announce the final chapter to the cult horror trilogy. Amanda The Adventurer 3 serves as the conclusion to the past two years of puzzles, mysteries, theories, and scares from the viral series, and the masterminds behind the title have cooked up a teaser to give a small glimpse of what’s to come in the finale of Riley’s bizarre adventure.
Set immediately after the events of the previous game, Amanda The Adventurer 3 once again follows Riley Park as they work to uncover the secrets surrounding the strangely interactive children’s show – Amanda The Adventurer. Having survived their Aunt Kate’s attic after being left a stack of VHS tapes of the 90s-style cartoon, Riley followed the mysteries to Kensdale Public Library, where new secrets and dangers awaited them. Now, after barely escaping the library with their life, thanks to the help of an enigmatic masked woman, Riley must explore the abandoned Hameln Entertainment facility to finally discover the truth.
As the culmination of Riley’s adventures, Amanda The Adventurer 3 takes the best elements from its predecessors to offer a thrilling experience to fans of the series and newcomers alike as they take on the thought-provoking puzzles hiding secrets within the Hameln facility.
