Laura Eisele Will Not Allow For The Crew To Have Human Error In Directive 8020

Directive 8020 — Meet The Crew: Laura Eisele

It is time to start meeting the crew for Directive 8020 as we get a few more looks into the horrors Directive 8020 will throw at us

It feels like we have so much time from now until we will get to see what is going on in Directive 8020, with October 2nd still so far away, but that does not mean we cannot all enjoy more for the game. Like, in this instance, getting to know the characters we are going to help guide through the horrors that Supermassive Games will be placing us all in. Directive 8020 is a character-driven game, so all of this makes sense to me. This is most likely why the team has kicked off a new series of videos to introduce the crew to us all well before we get to meet them on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC months from now. You know, when we will get to meet them all one more time out there.

The first member of the crew we get to meet here for Directive 8020 is Laura Eisele, the Senior Mission Officer. The member of the crew who builds the systems that we will need to use as we head out on all of the missions. It sounds as if Laura is a perfectionist of sorts and claims that all of the success rests on what is built. Mainly with the quote, “If we fail, it’s because I have failed,” which drives all of that home a bit more. Not that Laura has an ego, from the sounds of it, but that will be making the tools the rest of the crew in Directive 8020 will need to do their jobs and make sure everything is a success. Have a look at Laura in motion, along with a few little jumps at the horror coming for us too.

Directive 8020 — Meet The Crew: Laura Eisele

“If we fail, it’s because I have failed.”

Laura Eisele doesn’t just build systems — she builds futures. As Senior Mission Officer, her vision and technical mastery have shaped the Cassiopeia from blueprint to launch.

No one — or thing — knows the ship better.

Were you looking to meet the crew of the game before Directive 8020 launches out there or was that just the plan in-game for it all? Will Laura truly be the linchpin for the whole mission or could this truly be a subtle ego thing we are getting from the character? Is this something we will have to do in-game or will we just watch as the master does this and then we need to react and enact the various systems being built? Take the thoughts you are having down to the comment section to discuss them all. We are going to have a lot more out there for Directive 8020, I can tell, so please keep on checking back here for all of that and everything else that we have to offer up. This is going to be a wild ride, and we are going to want to know everything before it fires off.
