A new look at KARMA: The Dark World is out there to get us ready for the October release for KARMA: The Dark World
It feels like it has been a long time since we heard about KARMA: The Dark World coming out there. In fact, the last time we had something major to offer up, the game was named slightly differently. It looks like Pollard Studio, though, has been putting in a whole lot of work during all of that time and has Wired Productions ready to drop KARMA: The Dark World out there on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC this October. When in October? That is not revealed as of yet and will most likely come up during Gamescom. What we do have, though, is a fun look at the world and a bit of the gameplay that the team has been working on up to this point. Let us have a solid look at it all and see what we can unlock.
There is still not too much revealed for KARMA: The Dark World in this trailer beyond it looking like a dark and terrifying horror for us all to live through. We are hopping into the role of an investigator who has to hop into the minds of some terrifying suspects and dig into the deepest secrets, so that by itself would be horrific indeed. Then mix in the realistic visuals and jaunting audio, and this October could have another smash title in the mix. Unless, out of Gamescom, the demo they have to show the world for KARMA: The Dark World does not go over so well. We are only going to have to wait and see for all of that and then hope that maybe they will make it live so we can all get a better taste of what is coming before October rolls on up and spooks us all.
KARMA: The Dark World — Core Memory
Do you think a glimpse of a memory is the absolute truth?
KARMA: The Dark World is a first-person cinematic psychological horror title, players will be investigating the deepest secrets of their suspects’ minds in a world of espionage and betrayal. What starts out as another case for Roam Agent Daniel McGovern, sees him uncover a world of deceit and betrayal, where he begins to doubt everything he knows, including his own identity. Begin to uncover the truth lurking in the shadows this October!
Ahead of the game’s public hands-on at Gamescom, a new trailer has been released showcasing the breathtaking graphics and eerie world of KARMA. For those not attending there’s only a matter of months before they’ll get their hands on this dystopian thriller and step into the shoes of Daniel McGovern. A 30-minute demo will be available as KARMA: The Dark World joins October’s Steam Next Fest, just in time for the spookiest month of the year!
Meticulously crafted in Unreal Engine 5, KARMA: The Dark World will be coming soon to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. You can wishlist KARMA: The Dark World on Steam and PlayStation now.
Did you remember this one back when it was The Dark World: Karma and do you like the rebranding it was given? Will we see some things in the game that would be hard to get past censors or will it still lean into be on the softer side of horror as it is a video game? Would you want to play the demo for this before it launches or will the surprise of it all be the true experience we should all be aiming for out there? Head on down to the comment section and plug into the discussion that should be going on there. We will have all that we can for KARMA: The Dark World, so please keep on checking back for all of that and everything else we can muster up the courage for this one. I have a feeling it is going to hit the world hard, as long as they give it a good release date.
