Sker Ritual — Launch Trailer

The launch of Sker Ritual is finally here and we can all take up some of the new action Sker Ritual is offering up

Things are ready to pop off, so get your friends together or get ready to partake in a new ritual with the launch of Sker Ritual. The game is finally out in its full form for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC with Wales Interactive ready to share and hype us all up further for this release. A release that will allow for some cross-play and all of us to take on waves of the Quiet Ones as Sker Ritual keeps the lore of Maid Of Sker flowing. This is a spin-off from that title that is drastically shifting the tone and loop we had from before. Something to keep taking note of if you were expecting more from the original title and not where the development has taken this one in the past four years.

If you have not been fully hyped up for the launch of Sker Ritual, you can get a taste of the action you are about to have just below. This title is set in the dark place of Sker Island but is more of a horde wave shooter instead of the stealth survival title from before. If it works, you might as well go with it, right? We are getting a lot of the great character and creature designs in Sker Ritual that we knew from before and a whole lot of weapons to shoot things up with. All have been tested for a bit of time with the game in Early Access for a while now. So, without further padding to it all, check out the launch of the game and see if it is going to be something that keeps the IP flowing even more out there.

Sker Ritual — Launch Trailer

Wales Interactive has released their round-based zombie survival FPS Sker Ritual on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. A spin-off to 2020’s award-winning Maid Of Sker, it features all the content from the PC early access plus a massive 1.0 update, including new objectives, weapons, story content, and more.

In Sker Ritual, players will battle hordes of horrific enemies, alone or in up to four-player co-op, and attempt to survive the onslaught of Sker Island’s vicious Quiet Ones. Gun down masses of enemies, collect Celtic God powers, upgrade an arsenal of steampunk weapons, and attempt to defeat the evil on Sker Island.

Sker Ritual has four unique locations to explore, with countless secrets to discover, optional objectives, and easter eggs that progress the story from Maid Of Sker’s evil ending.

Sker Ritual Key Features:

  • Traverse Alone Or Rally With Friends: Battle the Quiet Ones alone or with up to three additional players in online co-op. Be warned, the hordes scale based on the player count.
  • Four Haunting Locations To Explore: Fight your way through four maps each with their own secrets to uncover. Explore the Cursed Lands of Lavernock, Ashes of Sker Hotel, Sewers of the Dead, and Deadly Lover’s Fortress.
  • Wield The Power Of Celtic Gods: Killing enemies offers a chance to drop powerful Miracles, each offering a choice of three upgradable powers. Bound to a Celtic God, each upgrade comes with a different rarity, core attributes, and power.
  • Face Off Against Terrifying Horrors: The Quiet Ones are back and they have brought friends. Sker Island is crawling with new enemies and elites, each with their own abilities and one goal in mind, total destruction.
