A reveal for the Cyst in Killing Floor 3 is here so we can get a better look at how far Killing Floor has come
The showcasing for Killing Floor 3 keeps on slowly flowing out there and we have a look at another nightmare we are going to have to face in this newer version of the game. A creature that I am sure we have seen in some form out there before, but it looks as if Tripwire Interactive has punched things up to give us something truly horrifying in the mix. Not that Killing Floor has not done that already. For this one, though, it looks like they are pulling out as many of the stops as they can so it is something we will be talking about for a while after it lands on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Let us all have a look at the Cyst now…
When it comes to the Cyst in Killing Floor 3, it looks like these used to be random infantry units in random militaries around the world. Units that have been modified and adapted to be better killers and sold to whoever might want to buy them. A weird thing since they have the ability to spit and blind those they are hunting. On the plus side, that does mean that their victims will not have to see the amazing body horror going on with their faces when they catch up on the battlefields of Killing Floor 3. Have a little bit of a tease and see how far some of these things have come in the game as well as the engine technology that will be running them. If this is how things are going to look in the final build of the game, that is.

I have said it once and I will keep saying, I am a fan of some good body horror and it does look like Killing Floor 3 is going to deliver all of that. Even with the grunts of the game, which means things should only get a little crazier after all of this. That is the hope of it all for me. I am a little hesitant to think this is anything from real gameplay, but Killing Floor has come a long way over the years, so this could be where we are. Even if still feels weird that they left the eyes off the design and still think of this as a good hunter and bioweapon to have out there. Seems like it would need those perception options to be the best at what it is supposed to be doing out there. Maybe that is just me.
Are you enjoying the look at this little bioweapon for Killing Floor 3 and are you excited to see how far others will go? Is this going to be the basic unit we will have to evade the whole time with others being one-off fights? What do you think about the body horror of it all and does it hit the right parts of your brain watching it all move like this? Head down to the comment section to discuss all of this and everything else that we can offer up out there. I know we will keep on bringing what we can for Killing Floor 3, so please keep on checking back in for those updates and the many others we have in the works.
