The Lord Of The Rings is about to hit us again with a new cinematic for The Lord Of The Rings: Return To Moria
While it was revealed not too long ago, The Lord Of The Rings: Return To Moria is on the verge of landing on the PC here on October 24th. A rather quick turnaround for us all to have with the game, but one that Free Range Games feels was the right move to give us another trip into the world. This time with a focus on the Dwarven side of things in The Lord Of The Rings and us going back to the famed location. That all said, it is time to build up some hype for its coming release by dropping the opening cinematic on the world out there. This is, of course, what we have here to share with you now so you can get ready to join them all for another adventure.
Those looking to experience The Lord Of The Rings: Return To Moria without anything spoiled might want to turn away now, as it seems we have the opening cinematic for the game to share with you. A new look at the game and narrated by John Rhys-Davies to give us all of the lore. Also a new look at what we might be taking on in the mix as we return to Moria in this survival game set in the universe of The Lord Of The Rings. It is not the biggest shocker to everyone that is familiar with the books or movies, but still something worth noting if you are looking to go in rather blind. Especially since we do not have any new gameplay to take in and just narration with characters doing their own thing in the background. You have been informed thusly and can work with the knowledge as you see fit.

None of this truly sells me on going back into the universe of The Lord Of The Rings, but I am not the massive fan that many out there are. I am sure it will explore a few things and expand on some things that others may have been looking for, but I would rather play many of the spin-off titles and series from the original IP at this point. Something truly new and not something that will have us all holding on to an IP to allow for some other things to go down in the industry. Not that I am saying The Lord Of The Rings is a result of that other title having the controversy, but just something that will keep being used to keep fans coming because it is an easy dollar and then allow the publishers to keep doing what they are doing. That is as close to all of that I am going to go for now.
Are you a massive fan of The Lord Of The Rings and will you be going into this title next week? Is this part of the universe you always wanted to see fleshed out or will it be something like the other title we just received not too long ago? Does the actor lending their voice to all of this give us some good signals or will it just be a marketing thing and not much more? Take to the comment section to discuss all of this and everything else we have to share with you all. there is more to come for The Lord Of The Rings: Return To Moria, for sure, and we will share it as we can. Just be sure to keep on checking in for all of those updates and many others as we head toward the end of this year.
