A new story trailer for Fatal Frame: Mask Of The Lunar Eclipse is here and it shows off some classic Fatal Frame skins we will get to use
There has been a large gap of time since Fatal Frame: Mask Of The Lunar Eclipse originally came out and there is definitely a gap for loss of what the story is about. One would not be blamed for losing track of all of that since it first dropped and up to the newer version Koei Tecmo is giving us on March 9th. Unless you are the biggest Fatal Frame fan out there and do not know of any other games or stories, that is. For those of us not in that category, we can dig into the new story trailer out there for the game that hints at what is going on in the game and why we need to head back out on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC to shoot some photos of random ghosts out there. Beyond having a good time and all.
In all honesty, this new video for Fatal Frame: Mask Of The Lunar Eclipse does not give us much more than the basics for the story. Someone is missing, we need to head into spooky areas to look for them, some cult is trying to piece together a thing, and there are ghosts trying to stop us. All of which just to build into the pre-order bonuses that will be getting most of you to pick up the game again more than anything. What says ghost hunting better than a tight leather dress or some other weeb fantasy to use the new photo mode for. Even if the best bonus is for those that played the previous Fatal Frame re-release and opt to put the game’s camera on as a hat. Now that is comedy gold in a game all about the horrors of death and ancestry. Have a look and see if you will fall into one of those camps just before or after the game’s launch hits us all.

Will you be using the Photo Mode in this version or will you be ironically skipping it altogether in the mix? Sound off in the comments and then discuss it all until launch.
