An Early Access for Afterlife VR is on the way in May for us all to go into the Afterlife once more
If you want to get a jumpstart on going into the life beyond here, then you can don your VR headset on May 13th to get in a bit early for Afterlife VR. This is the latest spooky and horror VR title coming out from Split Light Studio for the PC platforms. All for us to truly experience some true horror out there and see what the afterlife has to hold for us all. Even if this one makes it all look and feel like we will be on the hunting side of things instead of surviving what could be out there after passing over. At least from the look of the gameplay we do have out there right now.
For those a little curious about what you will get in Afterlife VR, well, it looks like it will be close to everything that the developers are going to put in the final build. All the puzzles, combat, and horror elements we should expect to make it into the final build. Just in a more refined way as this is to allow players to help them shape the experience into the true horror run that it should be. Granted, Afterlife VR will only be out in this way for a month or two before you will lose access, but it is how they are getting us into it all. Have a quick look at what is coming for this one just a bit lower and see if it will be something to immerse yourself in soon.
Afterlife VR — Early Access Announcement
Split Light Studio is delighted to inform us that Afterlife VR, a horror VR game is launching soon on Steam Early Access on May 13.
Afterlife VR is a deeply immersive horror game that will let you experience the true essence of terror.
Play as Adam Bernhard, a young rookie police officer on a routine night patrol, who receives a call that will change his life forever. Uncover the secrets hidden deep within the Black Rose mental hospital walls, where most of the patients pose a threat to themselves and to others.
Afterlife VR will remain in Early Access for approximately 1 to 2 months and would include all environmental puzzles, a fully functional combat system, and a complete sound design.
The full version of the game would launch with German, Spanish, Italian, French, and Russian translations, modified mechanics of escape from the ghost, enabling to find, collect, and storing the notes in player inventory, features/improvements suggested by players.
Will you be looking to head into the afterlife with this Early Access or will you wait for the final form? Do you think we will get to shift to the other side or will it be more of a ghost hunt and survival experience? When do you think we will see the final build and will it be after the two-month mark listed here? Tell us what you are thinking down in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all if you so wish. When we have more for Afterlife VR, know that we will share it all here for you. Just be sure to keep a close eye on the site and our socials for all of that.
