New gameplay for Dying Light 2 is out here to show us a bit more on how this Dying Light is pushing things forward
It was teased and announced earlier in the week, but here we go with the gameplay we have been waiting for in regards to Dying Light 2. Not a small little ordeal, but something along the way of a fifteen-minute bit that has Techland showing off all variations of the gameplay about a third of the way into the game. By all variations, I am talking about the basic combat, parkour, and exploration that Dying Light has had for a while. All with the updates we should expect for the new game here. I know it is getting me a bit more excited for February 4th for when the game hits the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Especially after the seven-year wait, we have had for this one.
As you will be able to see here, it does feel like some of the character models for Dying Light 2 are a little on the blander side of things, but that is all something that can be fixed down the line. Even if the game has hit the Gold status already. There is no word on which platform this is, so it could be one of the lesser consoles showing things off. The interesting part is to see how the new paraglider and other parkour elements will need to be mastered along the way to complete certain missions. Missions that will still change the landscape of Dying Light 2, as this one does. It looks like it also leads to some dire consequences for the whole crew on top of changing the look and feel of the areas. Have a look if you have not jumped down already.

Sometimes, you can find a home in the most unlikely of places. Like Aiden. Check out our latest gameplay video!
If you needed more for Dying Light 2, then you can take in the full new episode of the Dying 2 Know series that the team has been putting together. The main voice for Aiden is here to help narrate and show things off, but not much more that you cannot see above. Well, beyond all of the new elements and options that can be unlocked before Dying Light 2 launches here. You will need to head over to the official website and it will start you on the path to unlock some new things before the game’s launch. Extra gear, skins, and the like from the sounds of it. That and a way to help celebrate the studio’s 30th anniversary with some of their titles out there for free. Not too shabby of a deal here.
