A new demo for Malice is here to show off how this version of Malice will be carrying the IP forward a bit more
It is time to add a little more Malice into your life as of right now. Not in a way that is filled with hate and anger, but in a way that will have you playing the upcoming title from Eldritch Game Studio for the PC. All to bring us back into the escape room style of video game to have us solve some puzzles and get out the sticky situation we find ourselves in within this title. We have fallen deep into a sinkhole in Japan in Malice and no one has a clue what is going on there. That is at least the basics that we will know for now without diving into the darkness of the demo that can be downloaded as you read these words right now.
If you need a little more to go one for Malice before you dedicate some hard drive space to it all, you can have a look at the latest trailer we have to show it all off. It looks like it is about your traditional first-person horror title that we always have with the Japanese look and feel to it all. It does feel like we will need to decode and figure out some words and letter combinations in the game too, which could be hard for those that do not read the language out there. Not that this should be something to block you off from Malice at all, but something to note for those that could be looking for a solid challenge as we wait for the title to be fully wrapped and ready for a full launch out there. I guess we can find out.
Malice — Demo
Malice is a first-person escape room-style puzzle game in development set in Japan. You’re traveling in Japan visiting one of its mysterious temple shrines when suddenly you fall into a sinkhole. Underground, you discover a sunken mansion. A sinister presence lingers while you explore its dark corridors. You must rely on your wits to escape the mansion if you want to see the light of day again.

Are you excited to get more of this Malice in your life or will you be holding out to get a full title instead? Do you feel like we are getting too many of these styles of horror games out there recently or is it what will sell in the market? Do you think that the language barrier could be a solid thing or will it only be for the style and not something that will hold anyone back? Let us all know down in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all if you so wish. We will keep an eye on Malice and all of the other titles like it, so be sure to keep checking back for that and more. We might also just start dropping new trailers on our socials to keep it flowing faster than normal too.
