A new Haxity character breakdown is here with Dr. Ratz and just what he will be bringing to the digital version of Haxity
The second playable character for the upcoming Haxity is here in a new spotlight, and that character is Dr. Ratz. A charming sounding name for a presumably charming character in the upcoming title from Megapop if you ask me. I have a very skewed version of charming, so take that with some salt or get on board with my mindset. Either way, as we wait for Haxity to launch in Q2 of this year on the PC via Steam, we have a new look at the game along with this character. Something we can all take a look at as of right now.
As the name sort of implies here, Dr. Ratz will be hitting up Haxity with a plague-like mentality and strategy. Given how the deck-building card combat will flow, he will aim to Infect, Debuff, or Swarm his enemies in the matches. Something that feels a bit glossed over in the following video of the character, but you best know that there will be loads of rats running around when he is present in Haxity. Honestly, it might just be easier to see the stats throwing around here instead of me listing them all. That and you get to hear a great voice and see some great art.
Haxity — Dr. Ratz
Put on a leash, tortured and hunted. Once, one of the leading scientists of his generation, Dr. Hans Ratz has now fled from society. Deep within the sewers of Haxity you will find his lab. With his body, mutated by his own serum, and an army of rats he will force the world to recognize his brilliance.
Dr. Ratz combines a genius mind with savage feral aggression, creating one deadly skill-based fighter. Clawing, commanding rats and unleashing experiments, few can stand toe-to-toe with the plague doctor.
His main strategies revolve around either Infect, Debuff or Swarm. And as in any deck builder, you can combine and adapt to whatever Haxity tosses at you.
Does Dr. Ratz get you all amped up for Haxity or is this still a small blip on your radars? Do you think that we should get more titles like this one to jump mediums or will it just be something for the hardcore fans? Are you still scratching your head as to what is going on even after this little spotlight for the character? Let us have all of those questions and discussion down below. We will keep Haxity on our radar and as more comes out for it, we will add it to the site for you. Just be sure to keep checking in for all of that and much more.
