Have a new rundown of Battlefield V and all of the modes we will be playing and discovering when this Battlefield game finally launches
The wait for Battlefield V may have been made a little longer here recently, but it looks like we have something that should take the edge off of that a little bit. Not as much as EA surprise dropping the game on us, but it is a new look at a plethora of the new and old modes coming back to the game. We also get to see just how the single-player mode of Battlefield V will play out and focus on a whole lot of rarely told stories from WWII. One would think we would have told them all by now, but I guess DICE was able to dig up a few more and make them interesting. At least in the instance that they were not truly interesting enough to be made into big-budget films or shows as of yet.
To top it all off here, we have word on how the Battle Royale system in Battlefield V will work, slightly. It is not a solid free-for-all fight as the name would imply but rather a mode where sixteen teams of four shoot it out and destroy some landscape. That sounds quite different than any Battle Royale mode we have heard of thus far and is technically that more than a massive team-based fight. Maybe that will give the genre a kick in the pants that it needs and get more players on the Battlefield V servers shooting each other. That is what the publisher and developer want when all is said and done.
Have a look now and get the full rundown of where Battlefield V is and what to expect when the game does drop on November 20th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It looks like there will be a whole lot to do no matter how you want to play the game. That is always good as not everyone is into multiplayer or solo play…
