More gameplay for The Sinking City has been revealed out of E3 and it gives us a better look at the open world of The Sinking City and its weirdness
If you felt that the last look we had at The Sinking City was a little on the light side of things, you were right and we feel you. It was short and sweet and did not truly give us all much more to look at for the game and what Frogwares has been putting into the game to give us that full Cthulhu feeling of things. I am not saying it has not been there before, but there has not been a solid look at it all for the public as of yet and I know many want more for The Sinking City. If you have not caught on by this point, that is until now as we have a nice chunk of gameplay to look at for the game that shows off more of that open world gameplay we can expect on March 21st of 2019.
A word to the wise on this, this new footage for The Sinking City comes from some B-Roll that was originally meant to have other overlays and such. I tell you this so you do not think you are losing your sanity with the weird cuts and jumps in the gameplay. They are there for good reasons but the other weirdness is all in the game and leaves a whole lot of questions unanswered. Like the part where the characters have some their lips sewn shut but are still talking or look like they are molding away. I understand how that could be in the world in general, but I have a feeling it links into the loss of sanity we will have to face in The Sinking City when we play it. I could be wrong though.
