Horror Could Be Getting A New Contender With A Project Called ILL

ILL — New FPS Horror Game 2021

A new FPS horror IP, ILL, is currently in the works from a small team with ILL shining as strong as some other AAA titles out there

Here we go with an interesting twist to things with a showing of a new horror title going by the name of ILL. The interesting part being that this is all a title in the works from a small team named CLOUT Games using their Patreon to help fund the work on it all. That and what we are about to see is a bit of the concept they are going with even though it looks like it could be gameplay and a demo for those funding to play. All with ILL looking like it is taking some of the more amazing parts of RE7 for a new body horror kind of title. It is quite amazing to see here and should give us all the shock and awe we might be needing right now.

While this is still a work in progress, ILL does look like it has that proper level of horror without needing to rely on the zombies and other things most titles have in this genre. There looks to be something that is keeping these enemies rolling around more than they normally should, but it is also interesting to see that there is a design that allows for a realistic reaction to the shotgun here. Almost everything is going down with a single shot but when they do not, it looks like there is something else driving it. That and the limb destruction looks like it could be a thing in ILL. If this actually is how the final version of it all could be and the team gets the full funding here.

ILL — New FPS Horror Game 2021

Project Ill: The project ILL is apparently a horror game from the development studio CLOUT Games. In ILL, like in Resident Evil 7, the player has to trudge through a house contaminated with mutants. The highlight of the matter: ILL offers extreme body horror, like from “The Thing”.

Are you surprised by what we have here for ILL or will this just be a fancy video that we end up forgetting down the line? Do you think we will see most of the enemies react realistically to all of the firearms in the game or will that go away at some point in it all? What do you think is driving the “supernatural” element in what we see here or will it stick to a science base? Let us know down in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all as you wish. If there is more progress on ILL, we will try to bring it to you as best as we can. Keep an eye out for all of that and much more on the site.
