A new teaser for The Shattering is here to show us very little for the game and get us all properly teased for more of The Shattering
It looks to be the start of the season again where we get mind-bending thriller games and here we are with the official tease for The Shattering. Not to be confused with the other forms of media with the same name, this one is a new title from SuperSexySoftware and Deck13 that looks to be a little Layers Of Fear and a little bit The Inpatient. Both titles that take place in a weird and changing environment while dealing with the sanity of the protagonist. At least the presumed sanity as it looks like The Shattering will be looking at someone who has been losing it for a while. That would be the easiest takeaway from the little we have to look at.
Below you will be able to see the first real teaser for The Shattering and just what kind of gameplay and puzzles we may be looking to get in the game. Unlike the other titles mentioned here, there is definitely a lighter and brighter aesthetic to everything and we will look to be in an actual well-run hospital. Not one of those darker and dirty ones that most likely caused more issues than when the subject went in. Have a look at the latest for The Shattering and see just what I am talking about as well as how some of the game’s puzzles could pan out. My guess is that none of it will be as we see here when it comes to PC via Steam in Q4 of this year.
