The post-launch content for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is now listed out there so we can have even more of the Assassin’s Creed fun after the core title
It would not be an Assassin’s Creed title here if there was not some kind of post-launch content to flow out there for it and it looks like Valhalla is not going to let the fans down. It also feels like it would not be an Ubisoft title at this point if there was not more planned for a game after its initial launch and few months before it would normally fade into the background. Call it gouging or call it continued experience, but Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be joining the ranks of titles from them that will be doing it and we have some of the details for it. Including the return of the famed Discovery Mode that has been in the franchise for quite a while now. That would be the mode where you can learn the real-world history and view the landscapes in the game without being hunted down via gameplay.
All of this will be included in the Season Pass for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla if you have already shelled out for it, so there is no need to worry unless you have not. What it looks like we can see guaranteed getting added into the game next year will be two big story expansions and then a specific mission. Weirdly, the Beowulf mission will be in there at launch while the others will be coming in Spring and Summer of 2021. As long as you are still in for playing more Assassin’s Creed and head out to two big events in Viking history. One of which will take us to Ireland and the other to France. History buff will most likely lose their minds over it as both events are things I have never heard of before now. I guess it is good we get history-based games like this in the modern era.
