Delays have hit the first part of Final Fantasy VII Remake and now we will not see Final Fantasy VII Remake hit until April of this year
It looks like all of the concerns, joke or not, have come to fruition for Final Fantasy VII Remake as the game has been delayed. It kind of runs the way that most Square Enix titles go and here we are with the slightest of surprises that March 3rd will no longer be when we will get the game on the PS4. Now we will be looking to April for the first part of Final Fantasy VII Remake to come to us. April 10th to be completely exact so you can figure out when to get your time all set. Not like that will be a busy time of the year already…
The reason for this whole delay is about what we would expect in terms of reasons. The current state of this Final Fantasy VII is not up to the expectations of the team and thus the gamers so they will be taking the extra weeks to make sure it is good to go for us all. While it is a pain to know that we will have to wait just a bit longer for Final Fantasy VII Remake, I know I am perfectly fine with getting a finished title and not something pushed out just to please the toxic side of the fan base. All of those gamers can calm down and take a bit of a chill. That way you will have less to complain about when the game finally does come.
A Message From The Final Fantasy VII Remake Development Team
Square Enix announced today that the global release date for Final Fantasy VII Remake will be April 10, 2020.
Below is a message from the development team:
“We know that so many of you are looking forward to the release of Final Fantasy VII Remake and have been waiting patiently to experience what we have been working on. In order to ensure we deliver a game that is in-line with our vision, and the quality that our fans who have been waiting for deserve, we have decided to move the release date to April 10, 2020.
We are making this tough decision in order to give ourselves a few extra weeks to apply final polish to the game and to deliver you with the best possible experience. I, on behalf of the whole team, want to apologize to everyone, as I know this means waiting for the game just a little bit longer.
Thank you for your patience and continued support”
Yoshinori Kitase, Producer of Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Final Fantasy VII Remake will be available for the PS4 on April 10, 2020.
Did you expect that Final Fantasy VII Remake was going to get a delay here or did you think that it being pushed to March already was long enough? What part of the game do you think needs more ‘polish’ or is there some other element that they are not telling us about? Do you think this is going to push out the following ‘episodes’ of the game or will that flow out in a timely manner? Let us all know what you are thinking down in the comments and then feel free to discuss. When we have more to update for Final Fantasy VII Remake, we of course will do it all here. Just be sure to keep checking back in here for all of that and more.
