Mortal Kombat 11 Will Place Johnny Cage Back In The Spotlight

Mortal Kombat 11 — Johnny Cage Reveal

Another character is confirmed for Mortal Kombat 11, as Johnny Cage will be back in full form for this out of the Mortal Kombat franchise

We have another character to add to the roster for Mortal Kombat 11, as we now have confirmation that Johnny Cage will be coming back to the game in full form. I did not think that this was going to be too shocking of an announcement as he has been a staple of the franchise since day one from NetherRealm Studios, but we have the full confirmation now. Not only that, but we also get to see him in action for Mortal Kombat 11 in a new video that came with this announcement. Almost like all of the other ones we have been given to date. For the most part…

It looks like the team is steering fully into the Hollywood aspect of the character here for Mortal Kombat 11 based on the new video. From being able to call in stunt doubles to assist in the match to beating the opponent with an award won in the past, it looks more of his character is surrounding this aspect. Even his fatality digs into it and gives us one of the more entertaining I have seen in Mortal Kombat 11 to date. Have a look at it just below and see if you fully agree. Even if it is a bit of a deviation from the game’s lore and setting so far.

Do you see him as more of the comic relief in this game now or will the ‘Meta’ build into something greater? Let us all know down in the comments and then feel free to discuss. There will be much more for Mortal Kombat 11 and we will have it all here. Just be sure to keep swinging on by to see all of that as we head toward launch.
