Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Will Be Releasing So Much In February

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth — Release Date

The release date for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is set down to bring us all much of what we want from Final Fantasy VII

It looks as if we have all been given a massive surprise in the mix of the recent PlayStation Showcase with an announcement for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. This is the next massive portion of the remake that Square Enix has been slowly giving us. The one that has already been billed as a two-disk affair for the PS5. Now, we finally have the release date for this epic continuation. The next part of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will now be landing on February 29th of 2024. No, that is not a joke date. Remember, next year is a leap year and the date is a real thing. That or the company wants riots in the streets when the next part just does not materialize out there.

Now that we have the date, let us move on to the trailer that came with it. A trailer that seemingly shows us all that we are about to get in the Final Fantasy VII Remake. Since this is a massive update, we should assume it is huge. Like the fact that we are going to have Red XIII, Cait Sith, and Yuffie in our core group along the way. Not only in the story, but we also will have them in the mix of the fights and control. Only one of them was so before now and in their own chapter of Final Fantasy VII, so that is going to be a nice addition. Not to mention the fact that we seemingly get to control Sephiroth in this one too, as long as the gameplay footage we see is true for us all here. I am going based on the fact we see the names show up in the ATB on our side of things and not just the enemy’s.

This is also part of the Final Fantasy VII story where we get to head to the Golden Saucer and get to see Vincent in the mix. The latter is one of my favorite characters in the mix. Oddly, speaking of characters, there is still no Cid here yet. A deviation from the source a bit, but that could be just for the trailer. All so we can focus a bit more on the Chocobo racing and other mini-games that will be in the mix of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth when it hits our systems out there. I will stop drolling on, for now, and let you have a look at just what is coming and see if you are going to try to fight for one of the collector’s editions of the game or just go for the core game to get the fun experience out there. Have a good time with all of this.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth — Release Date

Square Enix debuted a brand-new trailer for its upcoming action RPG, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, and revealed that the highly anticipated new story in the critically acclaimed Final Fantasy VII remake project will debut on February 29, 2024, for the PlayStation 5 console. The company also announced that the first entry in the Final Fantasy VII remake project, Final Fantasy VII Remake, has surpassed seven million shipments and digital sales worldwide.

The action-packed trailer features iconic characters Cloud, Aerith, Barret, and Tifa in a sci-fi and fantasy-inspired world teeming with danger at every turn. The unlikely heroes join forces with new playable companions, including Yuffie, a member of Wutai’s elite corps of ninja operatives, Red XIII, a beast with a flaming tail who offers words of wisdom to Cloud’s party from time to time, and Cait Sith, a wisecracking, feline-shaped robot often seen poised atop his big moogle pal, to hunt down Sephiroth, the one-winged angel bent on ruling the planet.

Players will take these characters into battle and use powerful synergy abilities to strengthen their bonds further while tackling dangerous fiends. As players journey across a vast, vibrant world ripe for exploration and discover classic locales reimagined in dazzling detail, they will also encounter dozens of hours of rewarding side content and mini-games, in addition to the rich side stories about the planet’s incredible people and cultures.

I am insanely excited to finally see Vincent show up in the story and hope that is not part of a cliffhanger to make us wait for the next part of Final Fantasy VII Remake. That will make me riot in the streets and want the blood of Square on my hands. Given that this is also part of the story where the iconic scene takes place to put tears in our eyes, I hope they are not going to hit us with two massive gut punches. Seeing as the voice actor for the character was very coy about their fate in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, anything can go still. I am just glad that I now have a date to mark down and hold life off around. Even if it is early next year at this point. Gods, please do not let there be any more delays on this one.

Did you lose your mind when you saw this update for Final Fantasy VII Remake here? Do you think we are going to get to play as Vincent in the game or will we only get to see him as we did Re XIII already? Will we go through the same kinds of loss in this story or will it be altered to give us all a different kind of shock out there? Take all of those thoughts to the comment section and then let the discussion flow on out there. We will have more for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth in the coming months here and you will not want to miss any of it. Just be sure to keep on coming back to see and hear all of it as it goes live. I have faith it will be shocking all the way up to launch.
