Learn The Basics Of The Riddle Of Sorrows For Darksiders III

Darksiders III — Intro

We have a new look at the intro to Darksiders III as well as a bit more of the Darksiders lore we will be diving into with the game

Just one more week and we will be diving into the new adventures of Darksiders III on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. At least for those who have been interested and hopefully all caught up on the story thus far. Also, I guess, those who are diehard fans of Gunfire Games and will dive into whatever they are pumping out there. Not that Darksiders III does not look amazing and we should be excited in general, it is one of my favorite franchises, but there is a lot of lore and backstory to catch up on for those who may have missed out so far. There is still time to hammer through the last two titles if you want the whole story so far. Just saying…

If you are all caught up, or looking for the fast version of it all, we have the intro to Darksiders III to take in now and possibly spoil the opening minutes of the game. That is if THQ Nordic placed the actual intro to the game here. What we do have though is a nice quick look at the basics of the last titles but more of the reason why Fury is heading out to take down the Sins now. At least in the most basic of ways here for Darksiders III as I am sure that there will be more of an explanation in the core game. I would like to think so at the very least. If not, then there may be a whole lot of letdown gamers out there.

Darksiders III — Intro

Learn more about the four horsemen — and how balance became chaos! The Apocalypse is near. But what is the story behind the four horsemen? Watch the Intro to find out.

If that was not enough, or you skipped it to keep spoiler free for Darksiders III, we also have another bit of lore to take in for the game. This time it is for The Makers and just what they do here on Earth. At least in the game. Fans of the Darksiders games will know them fairly well so far, but it looks like they are back and most likely upgrading Fury’s gear along the way. That would make sense given how they worked in the past titles and that we see Fury talking to one here. It could all be nothing, but that would be my best guess. Have a look at it all just below.

Darksiders III — Lore: The Makers

The Makers. An ancient race known as the Old Ones, they chose to remain neutral in the conflict between Heaven and Hell, and made their home in the ancient realm of the Forge Lands at the edge of the Abyss. While the few remaining Makers live in the town of Tri-Stone, one Maker, known as The Black Hammer, lives on Earth in self-imposed exile. Burdened by guilt, he looks to make amends for his involvement in the destruction of mankind.

Are you fully ready to dive into Darksiders III or do you still need more time to get all caught up? Do you think that we will see a cameo from Strife in this game outside of the intro or will they be limited to their own title in the future? Are you fully up on all of your lore for the franchise or should they pump out more videos like the above to get you ready for November 27th here? Let us all know down in the comments and then feel free to discuss. For more Darksiders III, stick close to the site here. We will keep it all coming at you as best we can.
